EBSCA Events
Each year, the EBSCA Convention takes place in a different European city, offering over two days of insights from international baseball experts. Immerse yourself in a wealth of coaching knowledge, perfect for refining your skills and staying up-to-date with the game.
Until 2026, the convention was known as the EBCA Convention. With the cooperation between EBSCA and the Development Commission of WBSC Europe, the event now continues as the EBSCA Convention. Since 2025, softball has also been added to the convention program.
From Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, participants engage with top coaches from around the world. Typically featuring 5-6 speakers from the USA, Europe, or other regions known for high-level baseball, the convention covers a wide range of topics.
Beyond the sessions, attendees have opportunities to connect with speakers during breaks, at the awards dinner, or over breakfast. Networking among coaches is a key draw, fostering exchanges of experiences, mutual learning, and the development of lasting friendships within the baseball and softball community.
The convention welcomes coaches of all levels, as the discussions often apply universally. Whether you're starting out or seasoned, if you're serious about advancing your coaching skills, attending the annual EBSCA Convention is essential.
Host The Convention
Every edition of the EBSCA Convention is built together with a local host. Hosting the convention gives a federation, club, city or local organizing partner the opportunity to bring international baseball and softball coaching knowledge directly to its community.
The host helps create the setting for clinics, classroom sessions, networking, the partner showcase and the wider convention program. EBSCA supports the content, clinicians and international convention structure, while the local host helps connect the event to the region.

Partner Showcase
The EBSCA Convention brings together coaches, clubs, federations, academies and decision makers from across Europe. The partner showcase gives exhibitors a direct place inside that coaching community.
Exhibitors and partners can present products, services, training tools and programs to participants throughout the convention weekend. It is a practical setting for conversations, demonstrations and long-term relationships.
