EBSCA Coach Connect brings European baseball and softball clubs and coaches closer together. It is a practical noticeboard for clubs that want to announce coaching opportunities and for coaches who want to show that they are available for a new challenge in Europe.
The goal is simple: make opportunities easier to find, help clubs reach serious coaches, and give EBSCA Members another valuable way to connect with the European coaching community. EBSCA Coach Connect is an information platform only. EBSCA does not act as an employer, agent, recruiter, intermediary or legal advisor.

Ready for a new coaching experience in Europe? EBSCA Coach Connect gives active EBSCA Members a place to present their availability, coaching background and preferred type of opportunity to clubs across Europe.
Coach profiles can be publicly visible, making it easier for clubs to discover coaches who are open to seasonal, short-term, development, academy or club coaching opportunities.
Coach availability posts are a benefit for active paid EBSCA Membership. EBSCA may perform random checks, but every coach remains responsible for the information they publish and for any agreement they enter into with a club.
All listings are subject to EBSCA review. EBSCA may perform random checks, but these checks do not constitute approval, certification, endorsement or verification of any listing, coach or club.
EBSCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, edit, suspend or remove any listing at any time and without compensation. This may include listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, inappropriate, commercially abusive, submitted in the wrong category, or contrary to the values and interests of EBSCA.
Any attempt to avoid membership requirements, including submitting a coach availability post as a club opportunity or using misleading categories, may result in immediate removal of the listing, refusal of future listings, suspension of the account and permanent exclusion from the EBSCA Coach Connect platform.
Listings are published for one month at a time. EBSCA may send the submitter a private renewal link with a secret key, allowing the listing to be extended for one additional month.
Each listing may be extended a maximum of six times. EBSCA may refuse or remove renewals under the same conditions as new listings.
A coach may publish a maximum of three coach availability listings per active EBSCA Membership year.
EBSCA is not responsible or liable for any agreement, dispute, damage, loss, injury, non-payment, cancellation, misrepresentation, legal non-compliance or other consequence arising from contact made through EBSCA Coach Connect.
Any agreement, negotiation, employment relationship, service contract, volunteer arrangement, payment, travel, accommodation, insurance or visa requirement is strictly between the coach and the club or organization involved.
Listings may not include requirements or preferences based on protected characteristics such as nationality, ethnic origin, race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, family status, health status, political opinion or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Any information requested from a candidate must be relevant to assessing coaching qualifications, experience, availability and suitability.
