EBSCA (EBCA & WBSC Europe) provides the technical platform and may review, edit, refuse, unpublish, expire or remove listings at its discretion. Publication of a listing does not mean that EBSCA (EBCA & WBSC Europe) has verified, endorsed or guaranteed the listing, the coach, the club, the role, the compensation, the working conditions or any later agreement.
EBSCA (EBCA & WBSC Europe) is not an employer, employment agency, recruiter, intermediary, broker, contracting party, mediator or legal advisor. Coaches are fully responsible for assessing any opportunity, club, organization, country, contract, compensation, insurance, visa, work permit and local legal requirement before entering into any agreement or travel arrangement.
Any contact, negotiation, agreement, payment, appointment, dispute or damage resulting from a Coach Connect listing is solely between the involved coach and club or organization. EBSCA (EBCA & WBSC Europe) is not liable for such contacts, agreements, disputes, losses or damages.
Listings may not include requirements or preferences based on protected characteristics such as nationality, ethnic origin, race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, family status, health status, political opinion or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Any information requested from a candidate must be relevant to assessing coaching qualifications, experience, availability and suitability.
