Email deliverability
Our mail server is configured to high security and deliverability standards. However, if you use an email address that automatically forwards messages to another address, the forwarding process may interfere with email authentication checks. As a result, our emails may be sent to your junk folder, rejected and returned to us, or silently blocked or deleted by your email provider.
If a message is returned to us and we can identify the final destination address, we may try to resend it directly to that address. If that works, we will also update the email address in your profile, which means that you will need to use the new email address to sign in.
We receive the highest number of delivery failures from Microsoft email services-including Outlook, Live and Hotmail-and from Yahoo.
To reduce the risk of delivery problems, please register using a direct email address rather than a forwarding address. If you use a Microsoft email service, please also check your junk mail folder regularly.
