The 8th edition of the EBSCA Training Camp took place in Sisak, Croatia. The camp gathered 55 young athletes and 11 instructors from across Europe for a week of learning, teamwork and development.
Participants represented 10 European countries: Croatia, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Wales. The group included 39 girls and 16 boys, with players aged 11 to 18.
The program included specialized sessions for throwing mechanics, catching, hitting and defensive play, followed by game-based learning in the afternoons. Saturday gave every participant four games of practical experience.
Published program highlights included work with Greta Cecchetti, Marjolein Merkx, Elisa Cecchetti, Marta Gasparotto and Craig-led scrimmage sessions.
